Beer description
After fermentation, a part was separated and placed in a granite stone barrel for 10 weeks. The Dark IPA beer style combines the hoppy aromas of an IPA with dark malt notes. The strong malt and hop notes of Strong Lily at Stoned Lily are milder due to the storage, the beer has become even rounder and more harmonious. The stone barrel brought a mineral, fine port wine note to the beer. Best to enjoy 14 degrees!
