Beer description
The Bavaria Ale had a special home for several months. The modern interpretation of wheat beer rested in barrels that had previously been filled with the finest whisky from the Bavarian distillery Slyrs for twelve years, giving it a wonderful aromatic quality.
The barrel-aged Bavaria Ale presents itself in a bright amber color. The nose is enveloped by wonderfully fruity notes reminiscent of melon, peach, gooseberry, and white grapes. This wonderful bouquet is underscored by floral notes, some honey, and a hint of marzipan. In the mouth, the flavors come together in wonderful harmony, starting with sweet caramel, followed by apricots, peach, melon, and ripe pear. The finish is creamy smooth, with a floral touch and a honey-sweet ending.
