Beer description
The signature beer Stefan's Indian Ale was stored for 14 months in red wine (Cabernet Franc) and gin barrels. Due to maturing in the barrel store at a constant 15 degrees Celsius and 75% humidity, the flavors of the barrels could be wonderfully delivered to the beer.
