Beer description
Sour ale fermented with wild yeasts, brewed with apricots and aged in wooden barrels. Slightly cloudy, amber-colored beer with a small white head. Quite a malty smell of a little caramel, a little bitter apricot smell. Sweet taste, a bit tart with lots of apricot, slightly woody. Tart, somewhat dry finish.
