Beer description
India Pale Ale with hibiscus flowers and fermented with Brettanomyces and US ale yeast. Cloudy, yellow-orange beer with a small, pink head. Slightly sour smell with fruity notes of stone fruits and woody notes. Sour taste of pineapple, berries and stone fruits. Hop-like, bitter finish.
