Beer description
This is a wheat beer typical of Bavaria, a region of ancient Bohemia recognized for its tradition in producing this style of beer. As such, for the production of this beer, we brought a strain of yeast from Bavaria responsible for producing the aromatic compounds of this style. The wheat used in this recipe also comes from that region, giving the finishing touch to this wonderful harmony. The hops used are just to promote a balance between sweet and bitter.
