Jaws Brewery - Macro Series: Berries Barrels Broken Beans

A blend of 7 malts and a special strain of extremely hardy yeast allowed us to achieve an extremely high strength, hiding it behind a multifaceted flavour. Aging in a bourbon barrel for a year rounded out the flavour, giving it smooth vanilla notes of American oak and marrying it to the essence of the distillate. The raspberry flavour was communicated by the addition of natural juice before bottling
