Unfiltered India Pale Ale is a top-fermented beer with a lot of hops added cold in the fermentation process to utilise the volatile aroma. The beer has a golden colour and a citrusy aroma from the American hops. By not filtering the beer, the proteins and tannins from the malt and hops give the beer more body and flavour, as well as a slightly cloudy appearance with a dense head. Like Nord-Norsk: completely unfiltered.
