Bishop Cider - M-M-M-My Paloma

So the name gives you nothing to go on and sometimes that’s how we roll, and sometimes we just can’t think of anything so we take a song title or a common saying and tweak it so we can make a cider name. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t, but regardless of the name, the cider is amazing. You figure this one out on your or own if you have the knack for things like that. It starts with huge grapefruit on the nose, that evolves into the same highly citrus grapefruit in the cider itself. It’s slightly bitter as you would think and is semi-dry. It finishes very nicely with citrus lingering for a bit at the end
