Lupulin Sophistry 02

Brewery crafted Sophistry 02 with a malt base very similar to our wonderful Hooey IPA. But, that’s where similarities end, threw a whole bunch of pure Mosaic Lupulin powder, then hit the beer with a big dry hop of Eldorado and a cool new hop from Yakima Chief called Sabro. It was first experience with Sabro did not disappoint. This hop is bursting with beautiful notes of coconut and tropical fruit that really shine in this beer.
