Lough Rouge Cerise

A beer fit for an emperor. This beer casts aside the fickle finery of a sovereign and let’s loose with some rambunctious flavours! To perfect this beer we aged it in whiskey barrels for 6 months. This Flemish red ale has a nice caramel malty tart aroma with hints of dried fruit and whiskey. Ruby in color, this brew has many layers of flavors starting with the very fruity malt tastes. Dried fruit, caramel, treacle, vanilla,oak, and whiskey are just a few flavors you will encounter. Craft Brewed in our independent brewery in Sligo.
