Lord Chambray - Fungus Rock

This dark brown Stout beer is brewed with a mixture of roasted barley and barley malt, which makes this beer creamy with an interesting aroma of roasted malts. The hop flavor, which traditionally contains little stout beer, is now reconsidered through the use of a dry-cracking technique that produces a modern and intriguing hop aroma typical of the IPA beers. The use of revitalized Gozitan water with its unique properties promotes a perfect balance for the interpretation of this beer.
