Lord Chambray - Drum Roll

Drum Roll is a witbier created in collaboration with Teo Musso (founding father of craft beer in Italy and owner of Baladin). We used Italian bitter orange peel, coriander and local rosemary from Gozo. These ingredients combine with the creaminess of wheat to produce a beer that is a masterclass in balance. The delicate mouthfeel produces an enchanting interplay between the sweet taste of malt and the refreshing touches of bitterness to deliver an overall fresh sensation.
