VT IPA contains late added hops from Citra and Amarillo, which provide distinct notes of mandarin, mango, pineapple and grapefruit. Oatmeal ensures a smooth mouthfeel and a cloudy body, while aromatic Munich malts add a subtle touch of biscuit and cracker to balance the juicy hop profile. VT IPA is the first widespread release to use a new yeast strain with juicy esters that complements the hop calculation.
