Hazy Pale with Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, Idaho 7 & Galaxy
A play on our signature grain bill, with some little additions of caramel malt, lend a light and biscuity sweetness to this super-crushable pale.
Using a blend of Pellet, Cryo and Liquid hop products gives a full range of ripe tropical character, with notes of papaya and blueberry, alongside a structured bitterness and classic citrus peel.
