Logsdon Farmhouse Ales - Straffe Drieling

This strong Belgian-style ale is brewed with Pilsner malt and a touch of oats, providing a slightly sweet malty profile balanced by a judicious amount of whole cone noble Hallertau hops. The tripel is characterized by complex yet mildly spicy character from the compliment of traditional spices. Named after Dave Logsdon's triplet daughters, the label features Oregon's "Three Sisters" mountain range.
