Bottom fermented pale lager. Just as in the 19th century rice was used in brewing beer, we used rice in addition to Pilsner malt in this beer. It contributes to higher foaming of beer and makes hop flavor and bitterness more prominent. Kazbek hops give the beer a slightly spicy and citrus aroma.
