A really soft carbonation leads to a higher, creamier mouthfeel which is also supported by a huge load oat malt. We smell some chocolate like roastiness paired with peach and lemon zest. Taste-wise we have a mango juice like flavor with a moderate bitterness and some coffee showing up in a retronasal taste. By infusing whole beans we were able to remain a beautiful deep yellowish colored IPA with that extra kick.
