Our core range Helles. When opening our very own bar in Braunschweig in January 2024 we finally had the opportunity to brew some more simple, more traditional beer styles like our Böhmisch Hell.
We used some bohemian floor malted barley, solely czech saazer hops and a czech yeast to provide an easy drinking beer you will never get tired of.
Subtle malt profile, some sulfur, elderflower nose with almost no bitterness.
Visit us in Braunschweig because right now it's keg only.
