Lindheim Ølkompani - Passiflora

Passiflora is a blend of 2020 and 2021 cider, part of the blend has undergone both spontaneously and malolactic fermentation. Secondary fermentation on passionfruit (not local!) and yellow raspberries. The Frukt by Lindheim series are wild, unfiltered natural ciders/fruit wines coming out of our cellar. They are spontaneously fermented and aged in different size oak barrels that has been used for wine or spirits. Most of the fruits used in Frukt by Lindheim are from our farm.
