Tommie Sjef Wild Ales - Lilly

Lilly is a blend of different wild ales varying from 1 up to 2.5 years, refermented with a generous amount (350 grams per liter) of raspberries. To add some more complexity and depth, we’ve added some beer which has macerated for an even longer time on red wine grapes. The result is an floral and vibrant raspberry wild ale which is perfectly balanced.
