Bishop Cider - Lilikoi Cider

So here's a question... what the heck is a Lilikoi? A flower? Makes sense, but no. What about an animal? Odd, but no again... Give? It's actually a type of passion fruit. In Hawaii, it's known as Liliko'i, passion fruit and Lilikoi-flavored syrup is a popular topping for shaved ice. For our cider masters, it also makes for an interesting flavor to create a very different cider. This one is semi-sweet and fairly dry with with just the right amount of Lilikoi to add the passion.
