We know what you're thinking... WTF is a cold IPA? So were we until the brewers informed us that it's a bit of a hybrid beer in the sense that they used a lager yeast, moderate fermentation temperatures and biotransformation techniques with the dry hops (Riwaka and Citra, FYI). What you're left with is a citrusy, juicy (like an IPA) assertive beer (with IBU's like a WCIPA) that finishes clean and crisp (like a lager). Basically, it's the beer equivalent of a Chinese buffet - a little something for everyone.
