Beer description
Bicho do Mato is a very special beer, "spicy" but also flavored with the head, torso and limbs of the enfant terrible of Portuguese gastronomy. Head chef Ljubomir Stanisic has teamed up with Cerveja Letra to create this full-bodied, robust, balanced and even unusual Imperial Rye IPA (with citrus and tropical aromas), which is made from barley, wheat, oat and rye malt as well as the American hops Mosaic , Citra and Summit. Bicho do Mato is a very special, "flavored" beer, but also flavored with the head, the torso and the members of the "enfant terrible" of Portuguese gastronomy. Chef Ljubomir Stanisic has teamed up with Cerveja Letra to create this massive and heavily hopped Imperial Rye IPA (with American hops Mosaic, Citra and Summit).
