Collab Fauve x Alex Maujer, author of @carnetdebordel! We worked with this great beer lover on a DDH double IPA recipe that combines Citra and Azacca, two hops well known for their citrus notes, with BRU-1, a new hop that brings notes of ripe pineapple!
