Beer description
For this Pastry Sour, we've taken the expression "the cherry on the cake" to its logical conclusion. We added 200g/L Morello cherry to a tangy beer base with pastry accents thanks to the addition of a subtle dose of lactose.
To take the gourmet experience a step further, we added vanilla and tonka bean to enhance the tangy-sweet flavours! That's the icing on the May cake.
