Beer description
This double IPA is copper-colored and bitter, but balanced by the malty aromas. The 20% rye malt beer this gives a nice bite that helps bring the massive hops together. Malts: light malt, caramel malt, rye malt, oats. Hops: Simcoe, Chinook, Amarillo. Aroma: piney, resinous hops, with notes of fresh fruit, spices and caramel malt. Suitable foods: salty and fried foods, grilled meat and Indian curry.
