Beer description
Over the years, Paragon has become one of our flagship beers. What makes our barley wine special is that it is always brewed with the exact same recipe, but each edition is unique due to a number of factors, barrel types and environmental factors to say it briefly. In 2023, we used fresh, high-char Jim Beam barrels in which the beer matured for one year. We think the result is pretty awesome and can best be described as a Kentucky hug.
