Beer description

The hoppy wheat beer smells of both yeast and hops: banana, ripe apples, and honey in the nose. Herbaceous-green moments from the hops that are reminiscent of dill. Full-bodied with an almost oily impression on the palate. Fruity body with residual sweetness, prominent hop notes, long bitter finish. Multifaceted, intense, fruity-sweet.

Bernsteinfarben, trübe, mit ordentlicher Blume. Hefig, bananig in der Nase. Fruchtig frisch im Antrunk, gefolgt von Banane und etwas Nelke, ordentlich herb im Abgang.

"Weizenbock IPA", das ist natürlich eine veritable Stilvermischung. Das Ergebnis ist … interessant. Kein Griff ins Klo, schreit jedoch nicht nach Wiederholung.
