Beer description
The maturation in rum casks is clear. It's an odd mix of a sour scrumpy cider mixed with an IPA. It's an unusual but very welcome beer blending 2 drinks well and adding the rum notes from the barrel ageing. Hazy amber in colour with vanilla and rum notes on the aftertaste.
