Brauerei Max Leibinger - Zeppelin

The fascination of flying succumbed to the Ravensburg brewery chef Michael Leibinger as a small child. First there were model airplanes, then the brewery's own hot air balloon, meanwhile the enthusiastic hobby pilot is the owner of the pilot's license and member of the Luftsportclub Friedrichshafen in the neighboring Zeppelinstadt. Combining this passion with his other passion, beer brewing, was only too close. So in 2006, the idea arose to develop a very special beer, which may have a special relation to aviation. The Zeppelin beer was born! The Zeppelin beer is a so-called Kellerbier. The cellar beer has its name from history, as the beer was still served directly from the storage cellar. It is an unfiltered, naturally cloudy beer with a low carbon dioxide content, which still contains all natural suspended and turbid substances. Thus, the Kellerbier is rich in valuable ingredients such as yeast, protein, minerals and vitamins.
