Beer description

Seafood has always been a challenging partner for a beer. Yes, only a few beers can carry the load, but some reservations were still required. We brewed this beer so that it goes perfectly with seafood. It's crispy, strong, and sour that didn't fit the existing beer styles, so we invented a new style - "imperial sour beer". "Then why my oyster to the world, which I will open with my sword?" - The funny women of Windsor Act 2, Scene 2, 2-5 Experience: Straw yellow beer with a bright white, fluffy head that quickly dissolves into just a few white spots. The aroma gives a first strong indication that it is not an ordinary beer. Lemon, white currant, a slice of sour pineapple. Experienced beer lovers will also recognize the fruity acidity of lactic fermentation. The first sip is crisp and refreshing. It doesn't make much sense to search the beer vocabulary. There are no hop flavors or bitterness, no sweetness or malt chocolate. It is a different landscape. Dry white wine could be a better place to start. The sour notes of lemon, bitterness of lime, hints of pineapple and peach. The pronounced acidity gives the malts a honey-like character. There is a long-lasting fruity acidity in the aftertaste, which slowly becomes tart. It goes well with seafood. We recommend Gillardeau oysters.
