Barbãr Bok is a solid, expressive dark beer that inherits its original recipe of malt, soft wheat and honey from its big blonde sister. With a nose dominated by honey and spice aromas, it displays characteristics similar to Barbãr, which here are further emphasised by fruity, malty and chocolaty notes. The finish is long, fruity and slightly spicy, but without a bitter aftertaste. Barbãr Bok has a unique complexity and can therefore undoubtedly be described as a tasting beer that is particularly popular in winter.
