Le Trou du Diable - Troika

Born from a close collaboration between Le Trou du diable and Brasserie Dunham, La Troïka is a white hopped IPA, fermented with seasonal yeasts, with an alcohol content that easily qualifies it as a "session beer". It offers an exuberant nose of resin, passion fruit and white grapefruit. The palate is a mixture of fresh acidity and bitterness, all leading to a violent finish that strangely recalls a shovelful of hops brought to the mouth
