Its nose, dominated by malt and caramelized sugar, lets through a fruity aroma similar to that of blackcurrant or cherry. Taken by the desire to drink it, you are immediately surprised by an imposing arrival in the mouth where alcohol is master. Quickly, flavors of butterscotch and candied fruit follow suit to lead to a full, generous and textured finish. The foam, like the one who drinks, follows the thread of the sips by clinging to the glass. For this version of the St-André, we patiently macerated Charette roast cherries in Mauricie.
