Le Trou du Diable - SMaSH Green Bullet

SMaSH takes its name from the English expression "single malt, single hop". It is therefore made up of a single malt and a single hop, this time Green Bullet, a New Zealand hop with a high alpha-acid content. Frequently used in lagers, it offers us in this SMaSH subtle notes of spices and resin. The palate first develops a pleasant fruitiness which then stretches towards a sweet and refreshing bitterness.
