Beer description
The Oude blanche aux cerises is the convincing result of a 3-month maceration of 450 pounds of cherries in 800 liters of white wine that has previously undergone lactic and wild fermentation. It has a stimulating red-purple color with a cloudy veil, topped with a rich tile of immaculate foam from which emanate intoxicating scents of sour fruits. The mouth, dry and tangy, is a slightly spicy cherry cocktail that exerts a powerful and mysterious attraction on the taster, making him or her slyly magnetized.
