Beer description
Märzen St-Clair is inspired by German seasonal beers brewed in March and stored in preparation for Oktoberfest, a necessity since the Edict once prohibited brewing in the summer due to fire hazards. Made with 100% organic ingredients, it contains just the right amount of hops to support its richly malty character. The result is a beer with a biscuity, dry profile and a delicate nutty finish, all of which call for it to be the perfect companion for a thirst-quenching evening.
