Le Trou du Diable - Le Lion

A wild saison aged in Brunello casks. “Our Lion is a creature recognizable by its golden yellow fur and ephemeral mane, with an extra thin body and a slightly woody scent. Acidic and vinous on the nose, it reveals a super dry mouth, where residual sugars are as rare as calm on the high seas. Its finish is lemony and tangy, giving it the appearance of a farm cider.
