Le Trou du Diable - La Pollock Swieze

Polock is a beer brewed in the unique tradition of the Polish "Grodziskie", whose recipe was developed in collaboration between Le Trou du diable and Birrificio Italiano, from Lugaro Marinone, Italy. For the occasion, 250 kg of malted wheat were smoked this time in the Tdd smokehouse on the shores of Lac Vert, on a cold February day. The result is a pale blonde, slightly hazy, with a good smell of smoke. The palate, light and highly tasty, exposes with great eloquence its strong accents of smoking
