Le Trou du Diable - La Frambizzle

Frambizzle is a collaboration born from a recent but sincere friendship between Toronto brewery Bellwoods and Trou du Diable. Brewed at the Shawinigan pub during the 2013 Soirée des Brasseurs, it is a raspberry saison that offers a veiled hue that resembles grapefruit juice. Its nose is directly reminiscent of raspberry, behind which are hidden subtle notes of lavender. The mouth, tangy, dry and mineral, offers as much to quench thirst as to make it come running.
