Beer description
Ma Jungle is a collaboration born from the close friendship between Martin Thibault of Coureurs des Boires and Le Trou du diable, but also from the firm intention of creating a beer with the appearance of tropical lemonade, resulting from lactic fermentation. The result is a pale yellow, hazy beer, with a nose of Asian pear and coconut, blown by a gentle lemony breeze. The palate, short and devoid of bitterness, is a cocktail of tropical fruits whose persistent acidity and low alcohol content will convince the taster that this is an ultimate thirst-quenching beer.
