To mark our 14th anniversary, our blenders have scoured the cellar for 23 marvels, which they have gathered and left to rest on 750 kilos of morello cherries for a month. The result is sublime: 5,400 liters of reddish liquid, with an intense nose of cherry pie, slightly balsamic. Flirting with natural wines, its mouth is lively, vinous, with persistent tannins, all exploding in a climax that looks like a well-deserved celebration!
Now find yourself a good cabròn, 14 even better, and celebrate without sparing the goat or the cabbage.
