Beer description
Aldred BS is composed of our original American seasonal recipe, to which were added a quantity of 10% apple juice from Vergers de la Colline and 6% grapes from the Rivière du Chêne vineyard. The whole was then aged for 4 months in red wine barrels with a good dose of brettanomyces. The result is an opalescent blonde with an explosive nose of white-fleshed fruits and American hops. The mouth, dry and bitter, surprises the taste buds with its freshness and thirst-quenching attributes
