Le Trou du Diable - 15th Anniversary

This year, the TDD is celebrating its 15th anniversary and, as every year, we are celebrating with a unique blend of barrel-aged beers. XV is a blend inspired by the Rouge des Flandres at 8% alc./vol., composed of beers brewed between 2015 and 2017 and matured in Zinfandel and bourbon barrels. Through its amber color and jubilee bubbles, we can smell toffee, rose and cherry, while on the palate a surprising tangy attack destabilizes us while cherry, vanilla and the warmth of wood reassure us. In the absence of being able to celebrate with you, this sparkling beer with an exceptional ageing time will highlight these 15 years of discoveries and pleasures.
