"Le Rouge de mon Amour" is the most extreme sour we've ever made at Fauve! - For this sour, we decided not only to use fruit, but also to try a little originality by adding cocoa nibs! - Then, for added indulgence, we made a "Pastry" version, adding a fine dose of lactose to add body, roundness and a little sweetness. - Finally, we've taken it up a notch with the "Imperial" version for 10% more pleasure.
