This new offering marks our 25th year as a business and highlights our proclivity towards paying homage to the spontaneously fermented beers of Belgium, which we believe afford the palate the most exciting and adventurous tastes the world of beer has to offer. This time intensive barrel aged wild ale was constructed with hand picked barrels from 2015, 2016, 2017 & 2019 vintages. It is offered un-fruited to highlight the full unadulterated scope of what our barrel program and house yeast offer. Slightly sour and dry, with notable barrel characteristics. Flavors of lemon, pear and green apple are present in this supremely complex and well balanced offering. Enjoy now or cellar for years to come.
