It is very difficult for us not to dry hop every beer that leaves the brewery. IPA, ISA, Saison, Barleywine, Berliner Weisse, Hefeweizen, Pale Ale, Farmhouse - we dry hop them all! Dark beers are dry-hopped less often - but not this one. The Black IPA is a hybrid - a strong, dark and slightly roasted beer, hopped like a Double IPA. A beer that offers both alcoholic warmth and coldness as well as a juicy, thirst-quenching hopsiness. Kind of perfect for fall in Quebec, don't you agree...?
