Brewed with tartary buckwheat. A cosmopolitan special stock with a distinctive domestic inspiration. The addition of Tartar buckwheat (Fagopyrum tataricum) takes on the flowering fields of the soybean, as the Carinthians call it a durable, naturally oxidizing, rich plant.
