Behind this precious name hides the hop-stuffed, bright goat of the brewery Hofstetten. Golden yellow in color with a slight haze through the yeast shimmers the sapphire buck in the glass. The hop aromas harmonize incredibly with the warming ester note. The smell is dominated by the hops, flowery and fresh, with hints of tangerine, lychee and ripe pear. The taste of sapphire appears full-bodied inconspicuously, especially in the front of the mouth, but at the latest when swallowing opens a magnificent hop garden. The flowery of the hops is almost cheesy accompanied by the alcoholic malt notes. The bitterness also opens pleasantly over the palate and neck up to the nose. The whole thing sounds lovely tart in a gentle yeast note.
Sehr anspruchsvoller Bock. Goldfarben. Intensiver Duft: Blumig, fruchtig, fast ein bisschen scharf. Weiches Mundgefühl, gute Bittere, dezente Süße. Nicht eben leichfüßig oder easy…

Aromatisch top, starke Hopfenaromen, schön malzig, süß-herber Abgang. Leider sehr flach, kaum Kohlensäure.
